Returns Information

If you’d like to return your unopened paint or core range wallpaper, please send it back to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges). Our bespoke and archived wallpaper and colours are made to order and are therefore non returnable.

Credits will be processed upon receipt of your returned goods. Credits will exclude any delivery charges that may have been applicable on the original order, as well as any returns charges as detailed below:

These charges cover collection, return, and remaining refund, even if your goods are lost or damaged in transit.

A second option is to return the goods to us through your own carrier. If you choose this method, please ensure that your chosen carrier will accept paint. We always advice using a tracked service, both to ensure the goods reach us and to provide you with cover in case of goods being lost or damaged by your courier in transit. If goods are lost or returned to us damaged and in non-saleable condition, we will not be able to process your refund.

Whichever method you choose, please ensure that you place your original delivery note in with your return so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible once your returned goods are received.

Please be reminded that we are unable to accept returns on archived or bespoke wallpapers, special colour matches, or archived paint colours, as these are made to order.
