Last order dates for Christmas


Over the festive season, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days, but please note we don’t pack or deliver orders over bank holidays or weekends, so do factor this into your decorating plans.

 Please note: There will be no despatches on Tuesday 31st December, any orders placed on this date will be processed on Thursday 2nd January 2025. We will be pausing our next day delivery service until the new year to give our team some time to enjoy the festive season. Our standard delivery will still be available.

  • Order by 12pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch

  • We do our best to meet these timelines, but delays can happen due to factors outside our control.
  • Some orders are currently taking a little longer to clear customs due to recent tariff changes in the US. We’re keeping in close contact with our couriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but these delays are unfortunately out of our hands.

Additional Information

Large Orders

  • We handcraft each roll, wrap it in brown paper and carefully package it to ensure your wallpaper arrives at your door in perfect condition
  • Archived wallpapers are made to order, just for you. Therefore, they’re non-returnable and orders must contain at least ten rolls. This also means samples aren’t available.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Amending or Cancelling an Order

If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.

We will always try our best to help, however as we aim to process and deliver our orders as quickly as possible, we may not always be able to help.


Returns

Ordered more than you need?  

You can return unopened paint within 14 days for a refund (less a 25% restocking fee and excluding any delivery charges).  We are sorry that we cannot accept returns of sample pots, wallpaper, or archive colours. For more detailed information, see our full returns policy below.

How to return: 

Don’t worry, whether you ordered online or in a showroom, you can return unopened paint for a refund (apart from bespoke or archived products, which we make to order so are non-returnable).

We take great pride and care with every order but if something is not perfect then please get in touch with our Customer Service team or showroom within 24 hours.

  1. All goods shall remain the sole ownership of Farrow & Ball (the vendor) until such time as the vendor has received all monies payable.
  2. The customer’s attention is drawn to application and usage information relating to the goods, that is available on the data sheets that can be accessed on the vendors website at www.farrow-ball.com.
  3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  4. The customer undertakes to accept responsibility for providing safe and sufficient storage facilities for the receipt of goods and will indemnify the seller against any losses, damages or costs arising out of a breach of this condition. 
  5. Returns of unopened and re-saleable items will be accepted for refund, less a 25% restocking fee within 14 days of purchase, if accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  6. We are sorry that we cannot accept sample pots, wallpaper, archive colours, special orders for refund.
  7. All sales are subject to our terms and conditions, which are available https://www.farrow-ball.com/us/terms-and-conditions or on request. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  8. Where goods delivered by the vendor are received damaged, or incorrect against the order, the vendor must be notified within 24 hours of delivery in order for replacement goods to be re-sent free of charge. No such claims will be accepted after the 24 hours has elapsed.
  9. Any information, whether verbal or in writing, is for guidance only and is given in good faith but without warranty, since skill of application and site conditions are beyond our control. In any event we do not accept any liability for performance or non-performance of any products beyond the value of the goods delivered by us (for example we shall not be liable in respect of associated costs incurred by any person such as labor or scaffolding costs nor shall we be liable in respect of any alleged consequential losses of any person).
  10. These terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by United States Law any any dispute arising under or in connection with them shall be for the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States Courts.
  11. The above terms do not affect the statutory rights of any consumer.
