Returns Information

If you’d like to return your unopened paint please send it back to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (less a 25% restocking fee and excluding any delivery charges). We are sorry that we cannot accept returns of sample pots, wallpaper, or archive colours.

Credits will be processed upon receipt of your returned goods. Credits will exclude any delivery charges that may have been applicable on the original order. For more detailed information, see our full returns policy here.
