Ashley’s new space simply sings with sunshine. The aqua walls work beautifully contrasted against Nugget’s bright yellow Lemonade couch. Plus, on the ceiling and door has an ever-so-slightly yellow undertone, bringing a gentle warmth to the room. For a final flourish, Ashley chose similarly sunny for her storage to turn functional furniture into a playful accent piece.

Who says light colours and playrooms don’t mix? Sticky fingers and scuffs don’t stand a chance against our washable Dead Flat finish. So, Sam chose soft walls as a backdrop for brighter yellow accents from the mural and Lemonade play couch. Using one of our favourite tips for making a space feel bigger and brighter, Sam used on the woodwork as a slightly darker contrast to the walls.
