A romantic grey pink
Grey-pink Peignoir has a romantic feel inspired by the 19th-century garment of the same name, a chiffon robe worn over underclothes while brushing the hair. Created by giving the softest of pinks a big dose of grey, Peignoir has a unique depth that brings walls to life. It works perfectly in homes both old and new with any of our Contemporary Neutrals, or with Brassica and Pelt.

Beautiful ethereal pink
I've now lived with Peignoir in my bedroom for a year and I'm still not bored of it. Initially, I had imagined a far more pink tone but in true Farrow & Ball tradition this is an enigmatic colour that changes as the sun moves through the sky. In the morning it is a beautiful ethereal almost misty pink / lilac but by the evening it is darker and warmer in tone.
The colour went on easily and dried quickly (both Estate Emulsion and Eggshell paints). I teamed it with Wevet on the ceiling, window frames, bedroom chair and doors. There is very definitely a romantic 1930s Paris feel to the colour scheme.

Lovely colour
Loved the look of this colour but after trying a sample pot In our lounge I wasnt sure as thought it was too dark & that my art work would look wrong. After trying many other samples I kept coming back to this one . I then read all the other reviews on people saying the same thing so I just went for it & I am so clad I did . The walls look great & throughout the day & night they change colour . All my different types of art work stand out well against this colour . So glad I was brave enough to go for it . Have used the leftover paint In my kitchen looks great there as well even against the bright orange fridge
