Back in 2010, we moved our entire range to an eco-friendly water base that’s low odour, low VOC and child-safe, becoming the first in the industry to do so. Easy to clean without harmful solvents, in tins that can be recycled again and again, our paints help to reduce the environmental impact of redecorating your home.

Every one of our paint colours is available in a range of durable interior and exterior paint finishes, each rigorously tested to ensure an exceptional depth of colour and long-lasting finish. For the very best results, we always recommend using a Farrow & Ball Primer & Undercoat – see above for the correct tone for this colour.

All Farrow & Ball finishes except Limewash contain isothiazolinones, which may produce an allergic reaction. Farrow & Ball Limewash contains calcium hydroxide which can cause severe damage in contact with skin or eyes. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Forthright about the Cornforth White I used this paint on some bedroom furniture and it has transformed the whole room from dark and dowdy to light and classy. The paint covers like a dream leaving hardly any brush or roller marks. Is it expensive yes is it worth it yes. Henceforth will only use F&B on my furniture upcycling projects

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Understated yet powerful. After several test pots from several brands used on many areas of our lounge and dining room we chose Cornforth White. If you’re looking for a colour that’s neither too Grey or too Beige, this colour is perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3 shades of Grey We have used 3 brilliant shades of grey to do the whole house. We started with Ammonite in the kitchen and hall, moved onto purbeck stone in bedrooms and then tried Cornforth white in the lounge and dining room. I love all 3 shades of grey. Each one has its own appeal. The ammonite is a fresh grey. Purbeck stone a deep warm grey . The cornforth white is a warm easy grey that i love the most. I have now just ordered more, husband has a look of disbelief I can find anywhere else to decorate but i have. The main bedroom and i have picked cornforth white. And just to keep him occupied i have also picked ammonite to paint all the internal doors. Which look amazing. Really impressed with the paint as much as t.he emulsion. Basically just love my 3 shades of grey

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the colour I have used this colour before in my dining room and decided to carry it through to my lounge. It’s not only the colour I love but the overall effect of Farrow and Ball. My decorator tried to talk me in to a similar colour in another emulsion but nothing beats the impact of the actual F & B.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely paint - not the right shade for us Gorgeous paint. We bought 6 different tester pots and found Cornforth White to be quite yellow so opted for Ammonite instead which is a greyer shade.
