A sophisticated aubergine
Paint Colours: Brinjal
Brinjal takes its name from the beautifully deep and shiny skin of the aubergine. It can create a warm and highly sophisticated finish when used on all walls, but is more often used as a feature wall with its Complementary White, Skimming Stone, or as an accent on the underside of a bath or kitchen island.
Available in our brand new Dead Flat® finish for walls, woodwork and metal.
Recommended Primer & Undercoat: Red & Warm Tones
Complementary white: Skimming Stone

Rich warm colour
We had our lounge fitted with built in cabinets and chose Brinjal for the units to offset pale oak shelves and floor, and walls painted Middleton Pink. It looks just stunning!

Little luxuries.
We used Brinjal to paint our utility room toilet (including the ceiling). The effect is a luxurious deep purple that sometimes looks burgundy. It really gives character to this much neglected room. The paint needed three coats over the white ceiling and two over the previous dark blue walls. The paint is a joy to use, it goes on easily, has minimal odour and is very easy to clean off brushes and rollers. Along with the fabulous colour palette this is why we choose Farrow and Ball every time.
