Last order dates for Christmas

Over the festive season, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days, but please note we don’t pack or deliver orders over bank holidays or weekends, so do factor this into your decorating plans.

 Please note: There will be no despatches on Friday 29th December, any orders placed on this date will be processed on Tuesday 2nd January 2024. We will be pausing our next day delivery service on the 21st of December until the 2nd of January to give our team some time to enjoy the festive season. Our standard delivery will still be available.

EU standard delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery on paint and wallpaper orders over 200€. Paint will be delivered to the Republic of Ireland within 4-6 working days.

We handcraft each roll, wrap it in brown paper and carefully package it to ensure your wallpaper arrives at your door in perfect condition. 

Please note that we can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Archived wallpapers are made to order, just for you. Therefore, they’re non-returnable and orders must contain at least ten rolls. This also means samples aren’t available.

For EU orders, we’ll deliver your archived wallpaper to your door within 15-21 working days.

Deliveries to Republic of Ireland: Due to delays at customs, please allow up to 21 working days for delivery of paint, 10-14 working days for core wallpapers and 15-21 working days for archived wallpapers.

Wallpaper deliveries to EU: Due to delays at customs, please allow 10-14 working days for core wallpapers and 15-21 working days for archived wallpapers.

Delivery for paint and wallpaper orders under £100 to remote areas (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands) is £9.95.

These orders may take a little longer to arrive than our standard delivery time and express delivery isn’t available.

Bought more than you need? Don’t worry, whether you ordered online or in a showroom, you can return unopened paint or wallpaper for a refund (apart from bespoke or archived products, which we make to order so are non-returnable).

Simply contact us to arrange a collection or drop into a showroom with proof of purchase within 28 days and we’ll give you a full refund (excluding any collection fees if applicable).

Something not quite right? Our paint and wallpaper are crafted, packed and delivered by people, so although we take great care, sometimes the odd mistake happens. If something’s not as it should be, please get in touch with our customer services team or the showroom you purchased from within 24 hours, and they’ll let you know the next steps.
