It made my chosen colour bloom
I’ve never bought an emulsion primer before but I was painting new plaster so thought I’d give it a go. It certainly made the subsequent two coats of my chosen colour go on really smoothly and ‘bloom’ as only F&B paint can do. A definite recommendation, much better than the watered down paint I would usually use for a job like that.

Smooth finish
Glad I used this, although I wish I’d bought slightly more. I used this to prime my bedroom walls but I could have done with another tin. Did the job though and helped make the final finish very smooth.

Do i need undercoat? Yes Yes Yes
Do i need to use undercoat? Simply put yes it made a massive difference covers everything and gave the topcoat a beautiful depth of colour i’ve never seen before
