Returns Information

If you’d like to return your unopened paint or core range wallpaper, please send it back to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges). Our bespoke and archived wallpaper and colours are made to order and are therefore non returnable.

Credits will be processed upon receipt of your returned goods. Credits will exclude any delivery charges that may have been applicable on the original order, as well as any returns charges which we will confirm with you before processing your return request.

It may be possible to return the goods to us through your own carrier if you prefer, we will provide further details on how to do this once we have received your return request.

Please be reminded that we are unable to accept returns on archived or bespoke wallpapers, special colour matches, or archived paint colours, as these are made to order.
