Our Customer service teams are operating on a remote basis, therefore we ask you not to contact us by post as your enquiry may be missed.

Our operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Saturdays we are open between 8am and 1pm. Our live chat team are available from 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Last order dates for Christmas

Over the festive season, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days, but please note we don’t pack or deliver orders over bank holidays or weekends, so do factor this into your decorating plans.

 Please note: There will be no despatches on Friday 29th December, any orders placed on this date will be processed on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
