A delicate white with a hint of grey
This delicate white has a barely there and almost translucent feel to it, and so shares its name with the old Dorset term for a spider’s web. One of our Easy Neutrals, Wevet is clean, understated and incredibly easy to live with. With its hint of grey, this hushed tone can be used as a wall colour for a neutral contemporary space or on ceilings and woodwork when combined with cooler greys.
Recommended Primer & Undercoat:White and Light Tones
We’re dedicated to perfecting the art of paint. At our home in Dorset, we combine the finest ingredients, 75 years of experience and technical precision to help you create beautiful spaces that stay beautiful. Even in our colour rich paints, less than 8% of the tin is the colour. The other 92% is what creates the quality, depth and extraordinary response to light that transforms your home.
Paint is like coffee. The colour is the froth on the top, but it’s the quality of the rest of the cup that makes it taste good. – Richard Ball, Farrow & Ball Co-founder
We use twelve exclusive pigments, all specifically selected for their colour intensity. We take colour seriously, so naturally, we only accept the very best. By using these same pigments to make every colour in our palette, all our shades combine effortlessly, making it easy for you to put together a cohesive colour scheme.
Deeper, richer colours
Deeper, richer colours
Packed with pigment for an extraordinary response to every kind of light.
We add generous helpings of rich pigment to create our signature look – deep colours with complex undertones. The same space that feels bright and airy in morning sun, can feel cosy and intimate by evening. Our teams design each shade under every kind of light, so it will be perfectly balanced in every setting.
Extraordinary response to light
Extraordinary response to light
We spend months carefully crafting and testing each of our paint colours to make sure they share our signature extraordinary response to light. This beautiful reaction to changing light, like bringing out different undertones or shifting intensity, is what makes our paint so special.
Interior and exterior finishes
Interior and exterior finishes

Wevet. A Warming White.Been leaning toward whites with less yellow in them lately but Wevet has me rethinking that. It's a soft, warm toned white which cozies up a space without losing any sophistication. I may have to try this in a north facing room which tends to look cold in the winter.

Great paint & great serviceGreat brand, great support and great paint! Really love it. We had several deliveries (about 4-5) and 1 had an issue with a broken bucket, but they easily refunded and sent it. 10/10 recommend

Unbeatable productA gloss which is easy to apply dries quickly, washes out well, has negligible odour and a beautiful sheen. Amazing. That I can clean my brushes with soap and water is a revelation. We’ve t is a lovely calm white, it seems pure white without dazzling, calm and fresh.

How did I manage without this for so longI love this white and use it everywhere I once used pure brilliant white. It is clean and pure but not dazzling, calmer and as you say almost beyond noticing. I love the easy application, negligible odour, water based washability whilst marvelling at the ease of brush cleaning and yet durable finish created. The chemistry of colour and of this paint fascinates me.

Prompt delivery but poor packagingPrompt delivery but poor packaging. I ordered several sample pots and one leaked in transit and went onto the other pots. The damaged pot was replaced promptly so no harm done.

Pure white in all but nameWe were disappointed with Wevet, It looks like a standard white and our batch has no hint of grey. It is exactly the same colour as our pure white cornice. In no way does it resemble the colour on the website. I think we got a bad batch. We are huge fans of FB and usually love all the paints. Would have returned it however we had opened it and our decorator was due to start. Do not go by the website colour.
