Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautifully calming, just as the wanted... Gosh, I am absolutely delighted with this choice of colour. I contemplated other shades of Farrow and Ball green, but was inspired by a picture I saw online of the designer Luke Edward Hall's hallway and I just knew this was exactly what I was looking for. So, knowing this is an archive colour, I decided to go ahead and use it in an open space (kitchen, dining room and snug.) I am really delighted with the finished results and would buy it again for other spaces. Thank you once again Farrow and Ball. It's wonderful and just as other reviews state; it is exceptionally calming!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We have lived with this for 14 years... We have lived with this for 14 years across two houses and three redecorations -- using it for interconnecting sitting rooms in a Victorian house. It is a fantastic colour which looks bright in the daytime and cosy in the evening firelight. It casts attractive shadows and there is plenty of depth and complexity to the colour. It is an excellent ground for hanging pictures as well. We use it currently in combination with New White for woodwork including shutters. I think that is too creamy really and would rather have gone for a limier white like Cornforth White. For the second of our three redecorations [an insurance job] they used a non Farrow and Ball version of this mixed at a shop. Now we have the real thing on the walls again I can appreciate how flat and dull it had been looking before. That sounds like an advert I know but it is true.
