Polka Square

Polka Square is playful take on the classic polka dot. Its small scale design, taken from original background details of 18th-century papers, is neat and familiar, but with a barely there twist that makes it stand out in its own right.
Full roll width is 53cm/21", roll length is 10m and pattern repeat is 2cm/3/4". Available in 25 colourways.
Our traditional methods of crafting wallpaper can result in subtle but noticeable differences between batches of the same design. For the most consistent results, it’s best to order all the rolls you’ll need for your project in one go.

ECO-FRIENDLY
All of the paper we use is sourced from sustainable forests and responsibly manufactured. When we print it, we do so with our own water based paints, and the finished roll contains no vinyl, meaning that any leftover paper can be easily recycled.
QUALITY CRAFTMANSHIP
Wallpapers are usually made with ink, but not ours – we use our own richly pigmented paint, creating an effortless connection between paint and paper. The expert craftsmen at our Dorset factory use artisanal methods to print each roll, and finish with a fine coat of specially formulated glaze to ensure a durable, wipeable surface.

Very effective
I already have this wallpaper in the bedroom where it is perfect, slightly old fashioned yet modern and the colour is very calming. But i wanted to see what it would look like in the loft, which faces another way ( east I think). The paper looks great there too, brighter and the squares are more defined.

Wide difference in sample
With little more than a couple of weeks between receiving samples of the same wallpaper I was surprised and concerned by the wide variation in the colour finishes, such that based upon one sample I would go ahead and purchase a number of rolls but on the second sample I would not because it would not suit my colour scheme. With reputation of F&B this variance concerned me.
