A traditional cream
Paint Colours: Farrow's Cream
Our original cream is named after the paint pioneer who first founded the company with Richard Ball in Dorset, England. Farrow’s Cream is a pretty, traditional colour, with no addition of black pigment, which creates delightfully inviting rooms with a gentle warmth. It feels just as at home on the panelling of a 17th century hall as it does on the wooden cupboards of a relaxed family kitchen.
Available in our brand new Dead Flat® finish for walls, woodwork and metal.

Beautiful soft neutral yellow cream
Farrow's cream is a fresh, soft yellow cream, lighter, more neutral and less sunny than Dorset Cream. Not as warm as Single Cream or Double cream, not as muted as Cream. I don't see any pesky pink, orange or green undertones that some yellow creams can have, just lovely soft pale yellow. Paint went on beautifully and covered my posterboard sample in one coat, though I applied two coats to get full depth of color. In the U.S., folks are moving away from the cold modern grays and back toward warmer neutrals such as creams, beiges, tans and taupes. Farrow's Cream is a historic color with much to offer today.
