A relaxed green blue
Paint Colours: Dix Blue
This vintage blue takes its name from one of the first Farrow & Ball stockists based in East Anglia. Like many of our blues, Dix Blue has a large dose of green included in it, making it both warm and easy to live with. A touch of black pigment brings a slightly aged and relaxed vintage feel, making it perfect for use on upcycled furniture, panelling and woodwork, as well as living room walls.
Available in our brand new Dead Flat® finish for walls, woodwork and metal.
Recommended Primer & Undercoat: Mid Tones
Complementary white: Wevet
Rated 5 out of 5 by Corinnec from South facing hallway I love this colour, it’s so vibrant and works amazing on woodwork in just one coat. I paired this with All white, which at first I thought was slightly too cold with the Dix blue but I’ve fell in love with the combination of colours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AnneO from Beautiful color I decided to paint our "master bedroom "in dix blue and it's absolutely beautiful! I am very pleased with the result! This color is everything they described it to be and more. My birthday is coming up in a couple of months, and this year when my Beau asks me what I want for my birthday I'll reply Cinder Rose no 246 in estate emulsion for my next project! That's how much I am satisfied with using Farrow & Ball in my home.
