So pleased
I bought about 6 different samples and in the end opted for Ammonite, I wasn’t to sure as it was going on but once it was finished I was really pleased with it the quality and the colour are perfect and it matched either white black or wood. We did the whole house in it….
We are really pleased with it…

Modern Emulsion is amazing!
I just finished painting our powder room with ammonite in modern emulsion, and I am thrilled with the result. I couldn’t get a smooth finish with the roller I had so I used the Farrow and Ball brushes. I used the 4” brush to apply the undercoat and primer and it left some brush marks so I used the 1” slanted brush for the actual painting and it was able to leave a really smooth finish! I lost a few bristles at first but then didn’t lose any more for the r rest of the job. This paint brush worked so well I didn’t mind losing a few bristles. Two coats of paint was enough with some retouching in a few places where there had been border on the walls. Ammonite is a lovely color. I am so pleased. Also, I have lots of paint leftover for another room. This bathroom is east facing.
