Over the festive season, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days, but please note we don’t pack or deliver orders over bank holidays or weekends, so do factor this into your decorating plans.

 Please note: There will be no despatches on Tuesday 31st December, any orders placed on this date will be processed on Thursday 2nd January 2025. We will be pausing our next day delivery service until the new year to give our team some time to enjoy the festive season. Our standard delivery will still be available.

Paint Orders & Delivery Information

Free delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery to mainland UK on sample pots, colour cards or when you spend over £100.

Standard delivery: We deliver online orders in 2 - 3 working days*. For example, orders placed on a Monday will arrive on or before Thursday. Delivery times may vary based on your location – do check our ‘Remote Areas’ section below for more details – and don’t include weekends or bank holidays.

For large orders that require a pallet, please allow up to 4 working days for despatch.

Express delivery: Temporarily Unavailable.

Colour cards and paint swatches: We send these separately by Whistl, so they’ll arrive independently to the rest of your order. You can expect to receive them within 5-6 working days.

Please note that we can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Express delivery: If you’re in a hurry, we also offer a next day delivery service to mainland UK. Order before 4pm and we’ll pack your product today so it’s with you the next working day.* Express orders will only be delivered Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. So, orders placed on Friday before 4pm will arrive on Monday and orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be packed the next working day and arrive the day after.

Saturday Express Delivery: If you want to start your project this weekend, we offer a Saturday delivery service too. Unlike our standard express delivery, orders placed on a Friday will arrive at your door the very next day, not the next working day. So, order your paint before 4:00pm on Friday (up to a maximum of 40 litres), we'll deliver it on Saturday* and you can decorate without delay.

• We handcraft each roll, wrap it in brown paper and carefully package it to ensure your wallpaper arrives at your door in perfect condition
• Archived wallpapers are made to order, just for you. Therefore, they’re non-returnable and orders must contain at least ten rolls. This also means samples aren’t available.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Deliveries to Republic of Ireland: Due to delays at customs, please allow up to 21 working days for delivery of paint, 10-14 working days for core wallpapers and 15-21 working days for archived wallpapers.

Wallpaper deliveries to EU: Due to delays at customs, please allow 10-14 working days for core wallpapers and 15-21 working days for archived wallpapers.

Remote Areas

Delivery for paint and wallpaper orders under £100 to remote areas (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands) is £5.00. Orders over £100 with delivery to these postcodes qualify for free standard delivery. Sample pots are delivered free of charge to these areas.

These orders may take a little longer to arrive than our standard delivery time and express delivery isn’t available.

Ordered more than you need? 

You can return unopened paint or wallpaper within 28 days for a refund (excluding bespoke or archived items, which are non-returnable).

How to return:

• Arrange a collection with our customer service team (collection fees may apply), or
• Visit a showroom with your proof of purchase
   

Don’t worry, whether you ordered online or in a showroom, you can return unopened paint or wallpaper for a refund (apart from bespoke or archived products, which we make to order so are non-returnable).

Simply contact us to arrange a collection or drop into a showroom with proof of purchase within 28 days and we’ll give you a full refund (excluding any collection fees if applicable).
