A romantic mid-toned blue

A stunning blue with a slightly romantic feel, Ultra Marine Blue has been in favour since the 18th century, when it was often used to make small rooms feel bigger. For the contemporary home, it looks striking on cabinetry, especially combined with a kitchen island in dramatic Titmouse Blue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful colour but utterly impossible to apply We used this colour on one wall of our bedroom, and I'm afraid it has been a massive disappointment. Despite following F&B instructions to the letter with primer, coats, application instructions, etc., the paint has gone on unevenly, with dramatically different colour tones on different sections of the wall despite careful stirring, and looks dreadful as a result. Touch-ups are impossible, as any additional paint application goes on a different colour. We ended up applying four coats and it still looks terrible. I strongly advise against buying this paint.
