Stone Blue

No. 86

* Samples available in Estate Emulsion only. Colours on screen may vary from actual paint.

Stone Blue feels regal and exclusive and really holds its own in any situation. This saturated colour can be used alongside anything from warm Brassica to create an interesting vintage look, to the cooler Mole's Breath for a much more contemporary feel. However when contrasted with classic Pointing woodwork it feels distinguished but familiar. Dark Tones Undercoat.

Extremely good covering quality This was good. In addition, we had to cover a large area of bright yellow pebble dash with "Borrow Light" masonery paint. Amazingly, it did it with just one coat! So while we paid a bit more for the 3 5 litre cans, it worked out cheaper than if we had bought enough cheaper paint to do two (or three) coats. 02 May 2015
Absolutely beautiful Have recently moved into a "new" home - very bland. Have used Farrow and Ball paints inside and outside including the garage door. The house now looks fabulous. Our front door is painted in Stone Blue along with the garage door - the paint is beautiful to use and dries well. This final touch has now made our home very individual - hopefully our neighbours decide to do the same but only using F & B! 28 April 2015
A great colour After weeks of indecision, and a fortune spent on tester pots, we finally chose Stone blue-a big change from the light coloured kitchen we had had for years! Really pleased with the results. Internet order arrived within two days-instead of the 2 to3 weeks from a local DIY store! Used the dark tones undercoat-looked like the black hole of Calcutta until we got the scond top coat on. Sections of the kitchen took 3 coats despite the underc0at. 11 April 2015
Good quality paint Not much you can say really - its very good quality paint, but it is expensive, so make sure you are sure its the right colour! 08 April 2015
Transformed our living room Great colour. Went on very easily with 2 coats being enough. It's an opulent colour that contrasts really well with white coving and skirting boards. Highly recommend. 16 February 2015
Stone Blue Eggshell Absolutely gorgeous colour. I usually associate 'indigo' with a really dark, almost navy blue, but this is a kind of soft, scandinavian blue...hard to describe! Lovely finish, went on easily. Love this colour! 06 January 2015
Lovely depth of colour This is such a beautiful blue. It has a lovely chalky finish to it, and if ever there was a 'warm' blue, then this is it. 22 December 2014
Stunning colour, beautiful finish. After comparing about 20 testers, we eventually settled on this for the woodwork in our bathroom. Combined with Skylight on the walls, it looks absolutely stunning. 12 December 2014
