French Gray

No. 18

French Gray 4.7 5 30 30
A great eggshell paint Excellent eggshell finish, easy to apply, great colour and quick drying. Will see how it fairs against the Scottish rural weather! 31 July 2014
Beautifully muted I love this colour. Used outdoors it is a beautifully soft shade of the very palest green. I have used it on the doors of my brick barn conversion and it looks wonderfully old and in keeping with the age of the property. I have also used it on fences and garden furniture. Even here in Yorkshire it adds a wonderfully French look to the property and garden. It looks amazing against Lavender and other pinky purple cottage garden flowers. Just LOVE it 13 July 2014
Classic and timeless This paint colour was used on a conservatory attached to a thatched cottage. The muted grey/green colour suited the stone coloured masonry perfectly. 22 May 2014
love this colour and finish Have used French Grey in our sitting room and it is the most lovely colour. It is warm but somehow reflects the light so does not appear dark. Love it. 19 May 2014
Beautiful, classical colour I painted my bedroom in French gray with ceilings, cornice and woodwork bright white. Absolutely delighted with the depth of the colour- reflective and clean in the daylight and warm and calming in the evening. Very interesting colour and it looks fab against my black cast-iron fireplace! 06 May 2014
Beautiful paint for a elegant finish Excellent quality, perfect for our new dining room.... 23 February 2014
Lovely paint. I love the look of this paint and how easy it is to clean up, being water soluble. But I had an initial problem when painting the first side of my door. The printed sheet told me to fully load the brush so I loaded it more than normal and, even though I brushed it out as I was going along, there were lots of sags and runs when it had dried next morning. I had to rub it down, then I repainted that and did the second side with a 'normal' amount of paint on my brush and that worked well. 21 January 2014
Beautiful green-grey colour! Used this in main bedroom for the walls against woodwork in All White (2005) and looks beautiful. Found it a little unforgiving on wall receiving direct sunlight-- obvious where brush marks are along the edges, even after a couple of coats. Will always turn to Farrow and Ball--the colours are exquisite and French Gray has proved to be an excellent choice. 21 August 2013
