We are recruiting for a Field Sales Manager, to manage and develop a team of highly motivated sales professionals and support them in growing an optimum network of third party Farrow & Ball stockists, trade accounts and book holders across the UK. The successful applicant will perform regular sales performance analysis and implement appropriate steps to maximise sales profitability through targeted and measurable action plans, and play a key role in the achievement of the Business Plan and sales revenue targets.

Job Title: IT Operations Engineer

Reporting to: IT Operations Manager

The IT Operations Engineer is an exciting position for someone looking to put their extensive IT skills and knowledge into practice to contribute to an ever growing and developing IT system at Farrow & Ball.

The purpose of this role is to provide the business with an internal customer facing technical lead and point of escalation, working closely with a 3rd party IT service desk. The IT Operations Engineer will support all sites within the business, which may include travel throughout the whole of the EU and North America, develop & coordinate 3rd party technical designs and improvements, mentor IT Operations Analysts & Apprentices to develop their experience and skills.

The ideal candidate needs a minimum of 3 years 2nd line experience administering a Wintel environment, proven experience with VMWare, Citrix, SAN technologies, Office 365, Exchange 2010+, Cisco networking, backup and recovery, business systems architecture (ERP, CRM, BI, POS) and web technologies.

CRM Marketing Analyst

Working within a fast paced marketing department, and reporting to the Consumer Marketing Manager, this consumer centric role is responsible for managing large amounts of consumer data in order to: analyse behavioural trends, build segmentation dashboards, deliver insights and recommendations to drive consumer experience and engagement, implement the global, multi-channel customer contact strategy and support our global marketing activity programme. As a consumer champion, this role will be a key member of our in-house CRM implementation project and launch programme, ensuring that marketing requirements are developed and delivered within the scope of the project.

The Assistant Showroom Manager’s role is to assist in the day to day operations of the Showroom; driving footfall and sales volume, ensuring that the Showroom is visually merchandised to an excellent standard and that the highest levels of customer care and service are given at all times. The Assistant Showroom Manager will take on responsibilities such as:

• growing the customer account base through local marketing initiative
• Assisting the Showroom Manager in creating viable partnerships, sponsorships and showroom brand exposure opportunities within the local community
